There are many ways for you to contact DigitalDinos. Email. Phone. Mail. As this is a very, very part-time business, please allow up to 72 hours for a response.
If you're looking for tech support to solve issues with your classic computers, the 'net is free. We charge hourly. ;)
For sales and support, write: firstname.lastname@example.org
(Unfortunately, we had to put a very aggressive spam filter in place which means that regular email may not get through to us. If you don't hear from us within 72 hours, please either resend your email with different wording or call us at 440-709-6072.)
Our phone number is 440-709-6072. Feel free to call anytime; just, don't expect a person to answer as it is a voice mail only system the vast majority of the time.
Leave a detailed message with: your name, your email address (spell it out, slowly), your phone number (repeat it at least once, slowly), your question(s), and at least two days and times during the evening when you may be reached by phone. We will either reply by either email or phone. (We will not return international calls; email replies only.)
If you are calling with a question about an eCrater item, be sure your phone message contains your eCrater ID and the item or items you have either won or are interested in.
Feel free to send post to:
P. O. Box 472
Mentor, OH 44061-0472

If you need to send a package by any other method - UPS, FedEx, and the like - you will need a street address. To get our street address in these cases, please send an email to our Sales department.
You may visit our website, www.DigitalDinos.com, and partake in our retro computing goodness. It has the same contact information as above, but formatted a different way and sometimes with pictures.
eCrater is our showroom. Like the purple curtains and green shag rug? :) So 1980s college dorm room chic!
